1 Yes folks, the one and only Sgt. Pepper have returned with a new demo. The November 1988 issue to be exact. Not too many new features, but this is the first I've made with music, smooth animation and scrolling all at the same time. The old 48 is still good for something yet. Now then, a couple of questions. Does any of you lot out there have a copy of a game called 'Beatle Quest' ? If you do, please send it around, I would be very grateful. You don't know my adress ? Well, just send it the way you got this demo. I'm thinking of starting to use an IBM PC. Do you use one yourself or know someone who does ? Please let me know. Now a note for Disciple owners. If you convert any multiloaders to load from disc, take care if you're using hookcodes. Using hookcodes does corrupt some of the Spectrum system variables, and this could make a game bugged or even make it crash. Call the routines directly to be on the safe side. Also look out for the 3b extended systemfile with 48 & 128 tapesnap plus some other features.
